Our Work - Businesses

Do you know what customers and clients in your area think about your product or service? Are they satisfied with the product or service they received from you? What "quality of life" and other factors are driving the business climate? Are you missing-out on chances to attract new customers to your business? Who's your competition and how can you be better? What new products would allow you to maintain or expand your business? What marketing messages will be the "hot buttons" that drive your business in the future? What needs to be included in your strategic plan for the next 5 to 10 years?

These are just some of the questions that EPIC·MRA has helped businesses get the answers to. EPIC·MRA can help you build a plan for growing your business utilizing our survey research, database development services and database products.

Examples of Business Projects:

Lansing Business Monthly
EPIC-MRA has conducted a series of surveys of area businesses to measure the opinions of business owners and managers about the business climate, their bottom line in terms of costs and profits, their views about state and local taxes and other issues, as well as their plans for hiring or laying-off workers, and the impact of pay and benefits on their business.

Crains Detroit Business
EPIC-MRA has conducted a series of surveys of business owners and managers in Southeast Michigan to measure opinions about business issues and plans for hiring employees, and determining the impact of employee pay and benefits.

Kuntz Electroplating
EPIC-MRA conducted survey of automobile designers to determine the future plans of those people who design autos to include real chrome in the design of their vehicles in the future. The answer to that question would help the company determine their future plans for production capacity. The survey found that while there may not be a significant increase in the use of chrome in the design of passenger cars, there was a huge potential for increased sales in products that would be purchased as after market add-ons to vehicles by owners who would purchase chrome wheels or wheel covers.
